• All used phones purchased from Mobile Priority come with a 7-day limited warranty.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt and the product is in the same condition as sold.
• A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returns. Charges may vary depending on the product’s condition (e.g., Like New Phone, Seal-Cut Phone).
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including box, accessories, and invoice.

2. Product Condition

Every phone and gadget is tested, verified, and certified before listing for sale. Cosmetic conditions are clearly described in the product listing and may include minor scratches, marks, or dents, which do not affect functionality.

3. Liability

Mobile Priority is not responsible for data loss, software issues, or any physical damage occurring after the purchase. Customers are responsible for backing up and securing personal data before selling or exchanging a device.

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. All customer information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without consent. All personal data stored on used phones is wiped and permanently erased before resale.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are encouraged to inspect their device before completing a purchase.
• Any defects, damages, or concerns must be reported within the 7-day warranty period.
• By selling a device, the customer confirms that the product is legally owned and free from theft or unpaid dues.

6. Governing Law
